Valentine's Day may have been and gone, but we're still spreading the love at Ben. Our latest update helps employees to keep better track of the benefits they’re enrolled in, as well as the ones they like the look of and want to save for later. Two new features are helping employees find and save the benefits they love.
Introducing 'Your selections': A tailored benefits dashboard
Employees can now enjoy two powerful new features that simplify benefits exploration and management:
- A dedicated 'Your Selections' page showcasing all currently enrolled benefits
- The ability to 'heart' and save interesting benefits for future consideration
From information overload to crystal-clear choices
The Benefits section of the Ben platform is now split into two sections, to help employees more easily distinguish between all the benefits you’re offering them, and the ones they’ve actually selected.
They can click ‘Explore’ to see all the benefits your company offers, while ‘Your selections’ will show them the exact benefits they are enrolled in. This redesign creates an intuitive, marketplace-style experience that dramatically improves employee engagement and understanding. For enterprise businesses with extensive benefit offerings, this update provides a centralised, easy-to-navigate solution.
Save and explore: Your new 'Favourite' feature
By clicking on the heart icon now visible on every benefit tile in the Ben platform, employees are able to favourite the benefits they like the look of so they can explore the details in their own time. Favouriting does not opt the employee into the benefit, but adds the tile to the ‘Favourites’ tab within their ‘Your selections’ page.
This means they can come back and look through benefits that they’re interested in when they have time to fully digest the information and make a decision about whether or not to opt in. They can do this both for benefits but also for specific features, vouchers or discount codes (e.g. an eye care voucher) that Ben AI has highlighted for them.
This feature transforms benefits exploration from a daunting task to an enjoyable, low-pressure experience. Employees can take their time understanding offerings without feeling overwhelmed.
