Core benefits
Medical cover
Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP): Covers preventive care at 100%, includes prescription drug benefits, mental health, and substance abuse treatment.
Pension / Retirement
Offers the ability to save pre- and post-tax contributions. UBS provides up to $8,000 in matching contributions per year, plus additional retirement contributions based on eligible compensation.
Death Cover
Provides coverage at no cost, equal to 1x Benefits Base Salary (BBS), capped at $150,000 for eligible employees.
Disability Cover
Short-Term Disability (STD): Provided at no cost, based on service length.Long-Term Disability (LTD): 50% of salary up to $5,000 per month, with supplemental coverage options available.
