Medical Cover

Healthcare coverage varies by location. In Canada, Marriott provides comprehensive coverage, including Health, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance. U.S. associates can choose from various medical plans with different deductibles and copays, and can also use Health Care Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to manage medical costs.

Pension / Retirement

Canadian associates benefit from a Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP) and a Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), with employer matching contributions up to 5% of their pay. U.S. employees can contribute to a 401(k) plan, with Marriott matching 100% of contributions up to 5% of weekly pay.

Death Cover

Marriott provides free basic life insurance for all associates. Employees can also purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouses, and children.

Disability Cover

Marriott offers both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance plans. Full-time hourly associates are automatically enrolled in Short-Term Disability at no additional cost to the employee.
